Day 01.(SAT) ARRIVAL TRANSFER

Welcome at the Guadalajara International Airport, transfer to the hotel of your choice and accommodation.

DAY 02. (SUN) GUADALAJARA

Breakfast. Take a City Tour visiting the Government palace and the Ca-bañas’ Hospice with their splendid mural paintings by Orozco declared cul-tural and Historic Heritage sites; the Plaza Tapatia, the Degollado Theater and the Cathedral. Overnight. 

DAY 03. (MON) GUADALAJARA- PATZCUARO - MORELIA

Breakfast. We will go to Patzcuaro that in the Purépecha language it means “The door to heaven”. This city is famous for its colonial beauty, unique tra-ditions and its friendly people. Located in the sorroundings of the Patzcuaro Lake. Its main attractions are the miraculous Lady of Health Shrine, The eleven patios house, the historic center, and the Janitzio Island. In the por-tals of the historic center we can find a great variety of coffe shops and a many traditional restaurants with Mexican and international food. Departure to the Morelia City. Overnight.

DAY 04. (TUE) MORELIA- MEXICO CITY.

Breakfast. Visit of Morelia, a World Heritage site, worldwide known for its student habitat and its magnificent colonial constructions of “pink cantera”: the Cathedral, the Government Palace, Clavijero Palace, the Major Plaza, the market of typical candies and the Aqueduct. Departure to Mexico City. Overnight.

DAY 05. (WED) MEXICO DF. - QUERETARO - SAN MIGUEL DE ALLEN-DE

Breakfast. Departure to Querétaro where we will visit the Aqueduct, the Ex-Cross Convent and Historic Downtown. Head to San Miguel de Allende, where many intellectuals and retired people live in. Visit: San Miguel’s Parish with the Holy House Chapel, the San Francisco church and the Allende´s house. You may enjoy a great variety of cafeterias and restaurants. Over-night.

DAY 06. (THU) SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE-DOLORES HIDALGO-GUANAJUATO

Breakfast. Departure to Dolores Hidalgo, where in 1810, the father Don Miguel Hidalgo, began the Independence war. Also José Alfredo Jimenez, one of the most famous musician composers, was born there. Continuation to Guanajuato, where year after year is home of the International Cervantino Festival. In the afternoon you will enjoy knowing this fabulous city, full of beautiful colonial alleys and plazas such as the Alhóndiga de Granaditas, the Juarez Theater, the Valenciana Mine, The Kiss Alley or the University. Its streets and subterranean avenues are unique in the country. There is also the classic “callejoneada” accompanied by students dressed in typical clothes, singing and playing music through the streets and alleys. Other attractions are the Museum of Don Quixote, the house -museum of Diego Rivera and the Guanajuato Mummies. Overnight.

DAY 07. (FRI) GUANAJUATO-ZACATECAS

Breakfast. Head to Zacatecas, a World Heritage Site. This beautiful colonial city of “pink cantera” has the most outstanding Mexican baroque style, the Cathedral. From “La Bufa” Hill you will be able to appreciate an interesting panoramic view of the city. We will descend in funicular and afterwards an educational visit of the mine of Eden. An optional activity is participating in the traditional Musical Callejoneada and after going dancing to the discotheque that is located inside of a Mine. Overnight.

DAY 08. (SAT) ZACATECAS-GUADALAJARA

Breakfast. At the time indicated, transfer to Guadalajara. Overnight.

DAY 09. (SUN) DEPARTURE TRANSFER - END OF SERVICES

At the time indicated, transfer to the airport to board your return flight home.
