All excursions will leave your hotel or from pre-selected places, depending on each case and according to the destination.
A private car or private bus can be arranged for any excursion or guided tours, at the request of the client. Although all the excursions are based on shared seats and depending on the number of participants, cars, vans or buses will be available to form groups for each of the tours.
RESERVATIONS Reservations for any hotel package and excursions will be made upon request and must be made directly at our headquarters in Mexico City All requests will be confirmed via email to the buyer within a maximum of 12 hours and subject to availability. COUPONS The vouchers for all services will be processed by Mexitours, and delivered to the client upon arrival at the airport or your hotel.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION Shared seat in car, truck or bus on regular excursions; for 16 people or more, exclusive use of a bus; we also reserve the right to modify itineraries to optimize the different routes in the best way, providing the right vehicle based on “seat basis” or shared tours with other passengers.
Private transportation is also available based on request and re-quote.
FOODS Included in those excursions where applicable and specified.
RATES Per person, in US dollars; Subject to change without notice. Excursions All visits include bilingual Spanish / English guides, other languages are available upon request and the price will be subject to re-quotation.
PAYMENT A prepayment is required in all reservations indicated in the confirmation as Time Limit (TL) either individual or groups.
CANCELLATION POLICIES Cancellations for the tour service • To cancel without charge in tours with ticketing, it will be 7 days in advance in low season or 15 days in high season, for Mexico City tours without ticketing 24 hours in advance, and for foreign tours 48 hours in advance. • In case of cancellations outside the established time limit, they will be charged 100% of the total service. * Tickets refer to tours that require an additional ticket. Examples: Wrestling Tours, Ballet Tours, Turibus, Frida Museum, Inbursa Aquarium, Wax Museum Six Flags, among others. * Frida’s museum is recommended to be purchased without refund so that the ticket can be reserved immediately since its availability is such limited).
Cancellations for the shuttle transfer service • To cancel without charge, it is 24 hours in advance in Mexico City and 48 hours before for other destinations. • In case of cancellations outside the established time limit, they will be charged 100% of the total service.
Cancellations for Multidays Marvelous Mexico / Colonial Treasures / Large Viceroyalty Cities / Independence Route • Cancellations made +16 days before the departure of the program, the client will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made 15 days or less before departure, the client will be charged 100% of the program.
Magical Southeast / Mayan Route / Fascinating Mexico • Cancellations made +16 days before the departure of the program, the client will receive a full refund, except at Summer departures. • In confirmed reservations to leave during the Summer (from July 14 to August 28), they can no longer be canceled and the total amount of the trip will be charged. • In high seasons such as Easter (March 23-30, 2024), summer (July 14- August 28), special holidays (Jan 01, Feb 02-05, Feb 14, Mar 15-18, May 01, Jun 29, 13-16 September); all October to December, there will be NO refund for unused services.
Cancellations for the service of special, seasonal or Mini Programs • Other programs apply charges according to the season and by the Deadline established in the confirmation. • An administrative fee of USD 50 will be applied from 5 to 3 days. • In high seasons such as Easter (March 23-30, 2024), summer (July 14-August 28), special holidays (Jan 01, Feb 02-05, Feb 14, Mar 15-18, May 01, Jun 29, 13-16 September); all October to December, there will be NO refund for unused services.
RESPONSIBILITY MEXITOURS, acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, shipping lines, owners or contractors that provide accommodation, transportation or other services, and that issue all coupons, receipts, contracts and tickets delivered by the company, subject to all rates, terms and conditions in accordance with which lodging, transportation and other services are offered by the contractors or owners of said hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, shipping lines, owners or contractors, and by accepting these coupons, receipts, contracts and tickets; the contractor of said services accepts the foregoing and at the same time agrees that neither the company nor its affiliates or subsidiaries have or will have any responsibility for the failure to perform such services or for any loss, damage or injury caused to persons, properties or others, in relation to any accommodation, transportation or other services that result directly or indirectly from acts of force majeure, accidents, incidents occurring at sea, fires, damage to machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, declared wars or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, robberies, riots, epidemics, medical quarantines, or customs regulations, cancellations or changes in itineraries or programs or as a result of any cause beyond the control of the agency, nor shall it be responsible for loss or any damage resulting from passports, visas or other documents incomplete or illegitimate. Neither the agency nor its affiliates or subsidiaries have or will have any responsibility for any additional expense or liability incurred by the contractor as a result of any of the foregoing causes. MEXITOURS, is not responsible for loss or damage caused to passenger’s belongings; however, a baggage insurance is widely recommended for tourists to acquire one that covers the real and total value of their belongings.
