Venture out giving yourself the opportunity to live a culinary experience full of flavors, smells and tradition with experts of Oaxacan gastronomy. In these cooking classes you will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare a delicious meal complete with the dishes that proudly represent this beautiful state of Oaxaca. Start this totally interactive class with delight in the main markets of Oaxaca accompanied by the Chef who will help us identify the ingredients on the list, you will be able to prepare two dishes suggested by the Chef; a mole and a soup, as well as two dishes to suit the group such as tamales or some Oaxacan dish. During the course the Chef will also explain about each of the representative ingredients of the region and which we will use for the preparation of the dishes. Remember to ask about any questions you have about any ingredient. Some typical drinks will also be prepared to accompany the food, such as Chilacayota and Margaritas with Mezcal and if that were not enough, tortillas will also be prepared by hand. 

After the tour where the ingredients that will become a succulent dish were purchased, we went to the cooking workshop where you will have the advice of experienced chefs who will transmit all their techniques and knowledge to you, the aprons and recipes will be distributed to the participants of this pleasant experience. After that we will identify the ingredients that will be used for each dish we will make. During the preparation we will be able to follow the chef’s instructions to be able to prepare a typical Oaxacan dish and at the end of the class, we will all sit at the table to share and taste the prepared dishes.
