OAXACAN COOKING CLASSES

In these cooking classes you will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare a delicious complete meal with the dishes that proudly represent the beautiful state of Oaxaca. Start this interactive class with delight in the main markets of Oaxaca accompanied by the Chef who will help you identify the ingredients on the list; during the course, the Chef will also explain about each of the representative ingredients of the region and which we will use for the preparation of the dishes. Some typical drinks will also be prepared to accompany food, such as Chilacayota and Margaritas with Mezcal and as if that were not enough, tortillas will also be prepared by hand. After the tour where the ingredients were purchased, you will go to the cooking workshop where you will have the advice of experienced cooks who will transmit all their techniques and knowledge to you, the aprons and recipes will be distributed to the participants of this pleasant experience. During the preparation you will be able to follow the chef’s instructions to prepare a typical Oaxacan dish and at the end of the class, we will all sit at the table to share and taste the prepared dishes.
