Vinicola Infinito is recognized for the excellent quality of the Shiraz grape, despite its sandy soil and extreme climates  Our next stop, La Cava de Marcelo in Rancho La Campana, internationally recognized organic farm. Once arrived, you can have a drink (own expenses) while enjoying the yard or take pictures around this countryside special place, till the first guided tour starts, around 10-15 minutes later.  On the tour, you will have a 15 minutes’ walk to the barns, where you will learn about crop production, livestock care, and cheese making process.

Around 45 minutes later, you will be back to the main building in the farm, and taken down to the underground cellar (not wheelchair accessible), where you can just sink your teeth into quality cheeses during a tasting paired with wine from the house, and other craft products (products vary depending the season).
