TRANVIA CHOLULA AND PIRAMIDS

Board the tram in the Puebla zocalo that will take you to the magical town of Cholula. Our local guide will accompany you on the tram to the temple of San Francisco Acatepec and the temple of Santa María Tonantzintla, where he will give us an explanation of the syncretism between the Catholic and indigenous religions. We will continue the tour aboard the tram, taking a panoramic tour where you can see: the San Pedro Cholula zócalo, the former convent of San Gabriel, the Royal Chapel, the San Andrés Cholula zócalo. At the end of the panoramic tour, the local guide will continue to accompany you along the pedestrian route, giving you an explanation about the Cholula pyramid so that you can fully understand the history of the largest pyramid in the world in terms of its base and the site museum. Later we will board the tram and return to Puebla at approximately 5:00 p.m.
