SANTA CLARA DEL COBRE

We will visit the little towns that still do the labor of the Tata Vasco in the indigenous communities of the region. We start with a visit to Tupataro, the Sixtine Chapel of Michoacan, where in a small chapel we have a roof hand painted by indigens dating from the 16^th century, as well as a gold plated retable. We continue our tour to Cuanajo, a community know for their work in wood where they elaborate artisanal furniture.

We continue to arrive to Santa Clara of the Copper, designated Magical Town and recognized for its work on copper. We will have a brief shopping time an we continue our tour to Zirahuen. This lake is known as The Mirror of the Gods for its transparent waters, it will serve as inspiration and relaxation for our meal, before our return to Morelia.
