DAY 01. CAMP IN EL PINACATE
Salimos de Hermosillo a las 6 a.m. para llegar a Caborca a abastecernos de víveres e ingresamos por la tarde a los cráteres de la reserva del Pinacate donde se visita el Elegante y se mira el Colorado. Por la tarde se levanta el campamento en la zona de campamento del Tecolote y en medio de este
santuario natural de origen volcánico en el desierto de Sonora.
DAY 02. GREAT ALTAR DESERT
Subimos el cráter del Tecolote para ver el amanecer y después de levantar el campamento nos dirigimos al Gran Desierto de Altar. Después de la caminata en las dunas salimos de la reserva para hacer una parada de comida libre en Peñasco.
Traslado a Hermosillo, hospedaje en hotel 4 estrellas.
DAY 04. OPTIONAL CLIMB TO TETAKAWI IN SAN CARLOS
We leave 7:00 a.m. for the Punta Chueca Community, from here we take the boat to cross to the Island. In this sacred space we listen to some traditional songs and carry out integration activities with members of the community. We returned to the mainland and headed to Bahia de Kino for lunch time. Return to Hermosillo between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.
DAY 03. SHARK ISLAND
After Bahía de Kino transfer to San Carlos. Accommodation in a 4-star hotel. At 6 am. climbing Tetakawi Hill. One of the most impressive views of the Sonoran Desert and Sea of Cortez, good physical condition is required in this approximately 3-hour activity. After time for lunch, the transfer to Hermosillo is made.
