TOUR ISLA ESPIRITU SANTO

One of the most incredible and fun excursions in Baja California Sur, where you can snorkel and swim with sea lions in their natural habitat, observe thousands of multicolored fish, birds, coral reefs, rock formations and heavenly beaches. The Espiritu  Santo Island is the closest to the bay of La Paz, only 33 km away, visit Espiritu Santo and La Partida Islands, el Gallo,  La Gallina, and los Islotes, which cover and approximate area of 100 Km2, and are one of the most beautiful places of the Sea of Cortez, where the contrasts of the reddish color of its limestone, the turquoise blue of the sea and its beautiful sunsets, make and admirable setting. The biodiversity in this island is impressive, 32  species of reptiles, 98 species of birds, 16  endemic species have been registered, in addition to a colony of about 350 sea lions that can be observed in the surroundings of its coasts. Declared a Protected Area in 1978 and a Biosphere reserve  in 1995, the region has more than a thousand plant and animal species, 64 of them are officially protected. We Will visit Ensenada Grande Beach, where we will get off the boat to relax on the seashore and enjoy a delicious lunch. At the end we will go back  to la Paz and will take you back to your hotel.
