HUATULCO CITY TOUR

The tour begins with a visit to the viewpoint of La Bocana beach, where we can admire this beautiful open sea beach where nature does its thing and joins the Copalita River with the imposing open sea. Afterward, we will move to the Tangolunda viewpoint, where we can listen to stories about this magical place and take pictures with the large-scale letters called ‘Huatulco.’ We will visit the Santa Cruz viewpoint, where we will observe every detail of the main bay of Huatulco, such as the dock, the pier, some important shops in the area, and the fascinating history of the chapel on the seashore. We will continue with a visit to the Yerba Buena and the Lighthouse viewpoint, where we will enjoy an impressive view of the sea and the phenomenon of the Bufadora, which is situated at the foot of the viewpoint. Afterward, we will visit the center called ‘La Crucecita’ to see the main square, and discover the beauty and history of the Church of the Virgin of Guadalupe, whose importance comes from the largest painting in Latin America on the ceiling.

We will visit a place where we will taste the best Oaxacan dishes such as chapulines, chocolate, moles, and mezcal with maguey worm salt. Finally, we will meet the artisans of the pre-Hispanic looms, where they make multicolored garments and rugs.
