ADVENTURE TO THE ALTAR DESERT AND PINACATE CRATER AREA FROM ROCKY POINT

The tour begins at the client’s lodging place within the city of Rocky Point.
A first stop is made to buy water and food since they are not available in the reserve. From Thursday to Sunday, you can enter the Schuck Toak Museum and if the weather permits, you can take a walk to the dunes of the Great Altar Desert. You access the Pinacate Biosphere Reserve to visit the viewpoints of the El Elegante and Colorado craters within the tourist route. The journey within this route lasts approximately two hours. Later you will return to Rocky Point in the afternoon.
