CELEBRATION TO THE VIRGIN

December is the month of our “Morenita”, therefore, the faithful will attend Las Mañanitas and the Mass of the Roses to celebrate the Patroness of America. 

DAY 01. (TUESDAY 10th DEC) MEXICO CITY

Welcome at the Mexico City’s “Benito Juarez” international airport, transfer to the hotel of your choice and accommodation.

DAY 02. (WEDNESDAY 11th DEC) CITY TOUR / MAÑANITAS TO THE VIRGEN

Breakfast. We will visit the Historical downtown district that is a Unesco’s world heritage site, the National Palace, the Zocalo, panoramic of the Aztec Major Temple, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Reforma boulevard, the Chapultepec Park, the most glamorous residential districts of the city and the Zona Rosa (Pink Zone). It is a “must” tour to also get acquainted with our city. Return to hotel.

At night (around 7:00 p.m.), we will take our transfer to the Basilica of Guadalupe, meeting point for all pilgrims to sing together, the popular song of “Las Mañanitas”. Return to the hotel at approximately 01:00 hours. Accommodation.

DAY 03. (THURSDAY 12th DEC) MASS OF THE ROSES

Breakfast. The Mass of the Roses is one of the most important for this holiday because it is a noon, After the impressive Mañanitas, an average of 4 million 800 thousand parishioners, attend the Basilica to thank or ask for a miracle. For this service, there will not be a guide, as you will walk freely through the Basilica and be able to enjoy at your own pace, a meeting point will be established and we will see you later. Return to the hotel and rest the day off. Accommodation.

DAY 04. (FRIDAY 13th DEC) TEOTIHUACAN PYRAMIDS

Breakfast. We will begin with a panoramic tour of the Plaza de las Tres Culturas, where we will gather vestiges of the pyramids of pre-Hispanic   Mexico, the Temple of Santiago Apóstol belonging to the Mexico of the Colony and Modern Mexico, represented by the modern buildings surrounding. We continue to Teotihuacán considered one of the most important archaeological sites in Mexico of more than four kilometers in length. The Pre-Hispanic City of Teotihuacán was one of the largest urban centers of the ancient world, which came to concentrate a population greater than 100,000 inhabitants at its peak. We will visit the monumental Pyramids of Sol y La Luna, the temple of Quetzalpapalotl, the citadel and the avenue of the dead.

We will also visit an artisan center, where they will give you an explanation about the elaboration of Handicrafts and traditional drinks (Includes tasting of Tequila, Mezcal and Pulque).

DAY 05. (SATURDAY 14th DEC) DEPARTURE TRANSFER

Breakfast. At the time indicated, transfer to the airport to board your return flight home. End of services.
