BASALT PRISMS, OMITLÁN & REAL DEL MONTE: NATURE, TRADITION, AND INSTAGRAM-WORTHY SPOTS

Our first stop will be at the impressive Basalt Prisms, one of Mexico’s most astonishing natural wonders. Their imposing stone columns, formed millions of years ago by cooling lava, create a spectacular landscape that seems out of this world… without a doubt, a must-see and one of the best backdrops for your photos.

We’ll continue to Omitlán de Hidalgo, a charming town surrounded by mountains where time seems to stand still. We’ll explore its center and the famous Callejón del Dicho, a colorful, traditional spot adorned with murals that pay homage to local culture and its traditional cooks. Every corner here is perfect for capturing the essence of the place.

We’ll continue our tour to the Pueblo Mágico of Real del Monte, a destination with a unique atmosphere thanks to its mining heritage and unmistakable English style. Its cobblestone streets, picturesque houses, and characteristic mist create a romantic and photogenic atmosphere, ideal for getting lost in its nooks and crannies.

Here, you must try the traditional pastes, a delicious British legacy that is part of the town’s culinary identity.
