CAMPECHE: PIBIPOLLO GASTRONOMIC WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE
We will enjoy a guided tour of the archaeological site of Edzná, where we will be able to appreciate the architectural diversity and the different construction stages that characterize this ancient Mayan city. Among its most notable buildings are the imposing Five-Story Pyramid Temple, the main square, the traditional ball court, and the Nohoch Ná, which together showcase a mixture of styles such as Petén, Chenes, Río Bec, and Puuc.
The experience is complemented by a culinary workshop in which we will participate in the preparation of pibipollo, an ancestral dish cooked underground that represents the essence of traditional Campeche cuisine. A complete experience that combines history, culture, and flavor in a single tour
