AGUA AZUL WATERFALLS, MISOL – HA AND PALENQUE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE / CONTACT WITH NATURE AND MAYA ARCHAEOLOGY. *RETURN TO SAN CRISTOBAL

We will leave from San Cristóbal de las Casas to Palenque, stopping at the Agua Azul waterfalls, a set of waterfalls created by the currents of the Otulún, Shumuljá and Tulijá rivers, an incredible place in Chiapas, forming shallow canyons with vertical cliffs, where you can swim and enjoy the different areas offered by the Agua Azul waterfalls. After Agua Azul, we will continue to the Misol-Ha waterfalls, which, with their 30 meters high, and surrounded by high tropical forest, make Misol-Ha, a beautiful and refreshing place.  At the end we will visit the archaeological site of Palenque.  This Mayan city stands out for its architectural and sculptural heritage; and where we will be able to admire several constructions: The Palace, The Temple of the Foliated Cross, The Temple of the Sun and others that Palenque offers us, at the end of the tour in the Archaeological Zone of Palenque we will return to San Cristóbal de las Casas. We will enjoy the natural side of Chiapas.
